The Platform is owned and operated by Satvik Healthcare, operating under the brand name Yashojyoti Clinics, with its registered office at Yashojyoti Clinics, Plot No 03, Ground and 1st Floor, Near President Hotel, 195/D, Sri Nagar Main Road, Unkal, Hubballi, Gopankop, Hubli, Dharwad, Karnataka – 580031, India (referred to as the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharwad, Karnataka, India.
